Corporate Disclosures

Entity identity, registered office, regulatory posture, and operating standards of Banyan & Beacon Global LLC.

Last updated: November 2026

01Corporate Identity

Banyan & Beacon Global LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Its registered office is at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Client agreements, invoices, and official correspondence all name the contracting entity in full, with its registered office address. There is one legal entity behind this website. We do not present ourselves as divisions, affiliates, or separate firms.

02Nature of Services

The company provides corporate advisory and international marketing consulting. Its principal service lines are strategic market expansion, international client acquisition, premium real estate marketing advisory, cross-border partner sourcing, and Southeast Asia business advisory.

In practice that means campaign work, market research, partner relationships, and introductions of qualified leads.

03Regulatory Posture and Exclusions

The firm is an advisory and marketing practice, and nothing more. It is not a financial institution: no client funds are held, no client money is accepted or moved, and no payment, lending, insurance, or underwriting is provided. Legal, tax, accounting, investment, and immigration advice are all outside scope.

We do not warrant the accuracy of information that comes from a client or a third-party source, and we do not transact on a client's behalf. Commercial work is carried out under written service-level agreements that set out scope, responsibilities, and where the risk sits.

04Operational Footprint

The firm is incorporated in the United States and works with people already established across the Asia-Pacific region. Cross-border mandates name a principal in each relevant jurisdiction, set out how data is handled, and leave the client with one person to call.

05Engagement and Governance Standards

Each mandate goes through a written intake, a defined method, and one accountable principal. Confidentiality is contractual, and the handling of data is covered by our privacy policy.

  • Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. Material changes are recorded by amendment.
  • Progress is reported against agreed metrics, on a schedule set out at the start.
  • Neither side is required to act outside the law, and each remains responsible for the accuracy of what it supplies.

06Communications and Representation

We speak for a client only where a mandate says we may, and only once the client has approved in writing anything material: claims, imagery, or messaging. Materials we produce for a client are not our own position. Where we publish market commentary, it is general, it is not written for your circumstances, and it should not be the basis of a decision.

07Intellectual Property

Content, design, and methodology published here belong to the firm or its licensors. Reproducing or redistributing them needs written permission. Deliverables produced for a client are covered by the service-level agreement that governs that work.
