Terms of Service

These terms govern access to this website and the provision of advisory and international marketing services by Banyan & Beacon Global LLC.

Last updated: November 2026

01Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or writing to Banyan & Beacon Global LLC, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, our

Privacy Policy

and

Corporate Disclosures

. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or send an inquiry.

These terms cover the website and general inquiries only. The terms that govern an advisory engagement are set out in the service-level agreement signed by the client and the firm, and that agreement prevails wherever the two conflict.

02Nature of Our Services

Banyan & Beacon Global LLC is a corporate advisory and international marketing firm. Our services include strategic market expansion, international client acquisition, premium real estate marketing advisory, cross-border partner sourcing, and Southeast Asia business advisory.

We are not a licensed domestic broker, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration, or financial advice. Everything published on this website, including sector descriptions, methodology outlines, market commentary, and the rest of it, is provided for informational purposes only. It is general, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it is not a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, a valuation, or a commitment to transact.

An inquiry sent through this site does not create an engagement, and neither does receiving material from us or writing to the advisory desk. All client engagements are executed via written bilateral contracts signed by both parties, and no work begins before such a contract is in force.

03Engagements and Service-Level Agreements

All substantive services are delivered under a written service-level agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and governing law. Where this website and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.

  • Scope is confirmed in writing before any work commences. Material changes are documented by written amendment.
  • Each side names a single principal who stays accountable for the mandate.
  • Client materials, data, and market intelligence are handled under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of the governing agreement.

04Client Responsibilities

Our work depends on the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of what you give us and the access you provide. Clients are expected to name a decision-maker, answer reasonable requests, and supply approvals and assets within the windows agreed. We do not warrant results that depend on information we did not produce and cannot independently verify.

05Fees, Invoicing, and Taxes

Fees, retainer structure, invoicing intervals, expense reimbursement, and applicable taxes are set out in the governing service-level agreement. Our standard model combines a monthly retainer covering agreed advisory, execution, and reporting scope with a performance advisory fee tied to the deliverables defined for the mandate. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable within thirty days of issue, and late payment may accrue interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

06Intellectual Property

Each party keeps everything it owned before the engagement or developed independently of it. Once all sums due have been paid, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables we produce for it, for its own internal business purposes and otherwise as the governing agreement permits. Pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and know-how remain ours, and we keep the right to reuse general knowledge and non-confidential techniques developed during an engagement.

07Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, and never with less than reasonable care, and will use it only to meet its obligations under the governing agreement. These obligations survive the end of the engagement and the end of this website.

08Representations and Warranties

Each party represents that it has the authority to enter into the engagement and that what it provides is accurate in all material respects. We warrant that the services will be performed with reasonable skill, care, and diligence, in accordance with the governing service-level agreement and applicable law. Except as that agreement expressly states, no other warranty, express or implied, is given.

09Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and apart from liability that cannot lawfully be limited, each party's aggregate liability arising out of an engagement is capped at the fees paid or payable under the governing service-level agreement in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Neither party is liable for the consequences of the client's own decisions, for market conditions beyond its reasonable control, or for the acts of third parties engaged by the client.

10Indemnification

Each party will indemnify the other against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from its own material breach of the governing agreement, its negligence, its willful misconduct, or its violation of applicable law. The indemnified party will give prompt written notice, reasonable cooperation, and control of the defense to the indemnifying party.

11Term and Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that stays uncured thirty days after written notice, or immediately on the other's insolvency. Either may also terminate for convenience where the governing service-level agreement permits it. On termination we will hand over work performed to date, invoice for services properly earned, and return or destroy confidential materials as instructed.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless the governing service-level agreement says otherwise. We will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion between the responsible principals. If that fails, either party may pursue the remedies available under the governing agreement before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.

13Website Content and Use

The content, design, graphics, and code of this website belong to Banyan & Beacon Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access the site to evaluate it for legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or misrepresent it, and you may not remove proprietary notices from it.

14Third-Party Links

This site may point to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and it is provided as-is, at your own risk.

15Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
